Wild edibles like wild berries and mushrooms can be called “superfoods” or “superberries”. They are rich in a number of interesting nutrients, rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. But it is crucial to understand what the science really tells us. It is important to understand which studies have been conducted in labs versus humans. We are currently working on interesting reviews of the scientific literature on the topics of the health benefits of wild berries in particular. Stay tuned.
